We have a unique ethos based on long-term commitment to the challenged, disadvantaged and disaffected within the Community. We support a range of curriculum subjects with lesson plans available for PSHE, Citizenship 'SoftSkills, ‘Wider key skills’ 'Adventure Activities' and ‘Outdoor Education’, helping to build portfolios for Accredited Award Schemes and providing meaningful evidence for Assessment and Evaluation. These are done for the development of participants for funding purposes through the 'Rickter Scale®’ testing battery.

Partnerships: Through a panel of Independent Trainers & Coaches we work with several partners who recognise the benefits of our approach, we have Facilitator Train the Trainer courses or can provide a Facilitator from our panel of Freelance professionals.
